Shipping
Despatch
I aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your payment. If in the unlikely event I am unable to meet this deadline, I will contact you to let you know why.
Pre-orders and dyed-to-order yarns will take 2-3 weeks for me to dye before they are shipped. These items are clearly marked in the product listings.
Shipping Services
UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and normally take between 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. A tracking reference will be provided via email when your parcel is shipped.
International (non UK) parcels will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked service. A tracking reference will be provided via email when your parcel is shipped.
International (non UK) large letters (small items only) can be sent either via Royal Mail International Standard Delivery (a non-trackable, non-insured service) or by Royal Mail International Tracked service. Please note that if you opt for a non-insured service I am unable to refund your order in the event it goes missing.
Please allow 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (everywhere else) before contacting me about missing orders, at which point Royal Mail deem the order to be missing.
Shipping prices are reviewed regularly in line with the Royal Mail pricing structure.
Customs & Export Taxes
European Union (EU)
Beehive Yarns is registered for IOSS and is able to collect taxes and duties at checkout for purchases up to 150EUR from EU countries. Any VAT and duties required by your country will be calculated, displayed and paid at checkout. You will not need to pay these fees again when the parcel arrives in your country.

Other Countries
Customers ordering from outside the UK or EU should be aware that they may incur taxes, duties and handling fees that will be payable upon the goods' arrival in their country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Please check your local tax/import information prior to ordering. Beehive Yarns is not responsible for delays if your package is held in Customs.
If you choose not to accept your package on arrival and it is returned to me, I will refund the value of the goods only, less any cost incurred by me.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your yarn however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible, and within 14 days of purchase, via the contact form here.
All returned yarn must returned in its original condition to qualify for refund or exchange. The buyer is liable for return shipping costs.
If in the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged please ensure you take clear photos of the items in their original packaging so that a claim can be filed with the postal service.
